We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and supports individual ideas and strategies.Responsibilities:Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone, email or fax) in a professional and timely manner.Track and trace large volume of customer orders.Entering, updating and processing customer orders on various interfaces.Ensure daily delivery schedules are adhered to, and all necessary documentation is returned to head office in an accurate and timely manner.Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Ensure and confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers and ensure customers are well informed.Research and resolve all transactional problems to ensure reporting is reconciled in a timely manner.Maintain co-operative working relationships among team and internal staff.Shift availability: 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday (alternate weekends)Requirements2+ years of sales and account management experience in the transportation and logistics field is preferred.Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field is required.Previous experience in an analyst role and/or in pricing function is an asset.Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them.Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset.Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment.BenefitsProfessional growth career.Competitive pay package.Savings fund.Health benefits.Life Insurance.Food coupons.Performance-based bonus.Christmas bonus.In Charger Logistics, we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee.
