ResponsibilitiesExecute delivery and logistics activities by transportation mode of packed goods, liquid, or bulk ensuring on-time shipment from the plants/warehouses and on-time delivery to the customer. Position will be responsible for day-to-day SAP transactions in addition to resolving any transportation delays, equipment challenges, or other issues impacting on-time delivery to the customer.Key Activities, Responsibilities, Accountabilities:Coordinate all load and shipment processes with local plant/warehouse/terminal personnel and carriers to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impacts of unavoidable disturbances.Key transactional contact for customers and 3rd party logistics service providers.Ensure adherence to defined operational escalation process to leads, regional experts, and plant personnel when encountering unforeseen delays in shipping from plant and ultimate delivery to the customer. Manage exceptions and emergency situations.Assist with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies.Document, investigate, and follow up on internal and external complaints.Recommend process improvements including investigation of quality failures and the development of preventive and corrective actions for quality failures.Maintain key internal relationships including business, sales, supply chain planning, logistics procurement, product management, and further functions.Key Deliverables / Expectations:Run regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) operational and KPI reports, share findings and trends with leadership, suggest potential improvement ideas where necessary.Meet/exceed monthly KPI metrics and objectives.QualificationsRequirements / Experiences:2-3 years logistic operations/supply chain experience.Fluent in English; Portuguese is an advantage.SAP knowledge.Competencies / Behaviors:Customer-focused mindset.Drive for results.Strong, decisive personality.Effective time management.Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.Ability to build relationships.Ability to work in a global fast-paced and complex environment.Being flexible and adaptable to change.Able to cope with stress (stress-resistant).Responsibility and engagement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
