PAE is searching for a Logistics Coordinator I to provide logístical support for training initiatives and conferences developed by the Department of Justice Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development Assistance and Training (OPDAT).LOGISTICAL EXECUTION PROCUREMENT- Assist in the procurement of goods and services in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and procurement policies and procedures.- Assist in obtaining quotes and securing lodging and venues with local vendors.- Assist with the procurement, storage, arranging for distribution, transportation and disposal of training materials.- Conduct initial market research to contract with professional services.TRAVEL- Arrange travel for USG and host country officials and participants in compliance with Federal Travel Regulations, Department of State and Department of Justice regulations.- Coordinate air and land transportation, lodging requirements, process travel vouchers and ensure proper reimbursements.- Obtain necessary visas and country clearances.VETTING AND INFORMATION COLLECTION- Interface directly with working and mid-level host country officials to obtain participant information for Leahy and post vetting procedures.REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING- Maintain and organize data for reporting, statistical and fiscal purposes to include after action reports, participant data and evaluation metrics.- Provide budget estimates, track and provide ad-hoc reports on expenditures and available funds.- Report work plan development with project team members and host country point of contact.PROGRAM SUPPORT- Reproduction, proof reading and translation of materials.- Assist in the facilitation of training events and conferences requiring interaction with mid-high level host country officials.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCEa. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields or ten (10) years of professional experience in Administration, Accounting or similar fields.B. Prior work experience: Five (5) years of professional work experience including coordination of training programs and complex project management are required.C. Language Proficiency: Spanish Language level - 4 (fluent) English Language Level - 4 (fluent).D. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Waiver.E. Clearance will be issued through the US Embassy (SBU).F. Mexican national or ordinary resident with work visa for Mexico.WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION- Work schedule is 9-5 M - F.- Location: Mexico City/ US Embassy**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractWork Remotely:- No
