**About This Opportunity**
As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for efficiently managing activities related to customer service, capacity management, and transportation team control, both in Mexico and the United States. This position will require effective communication with customers, carriers, and other internal teams to ensure optimal workflow and compliance with established quality standards and delivery times.
**Schedule**
Tuesday to Thursday 3:00pm to 12:00am
Friday 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday and Monday OFF
**Responsibilities**
- Customer service.
- Tracking for pickups and delivery's part MX and USA with clients.
- Customer status.
- Tracking of crossings NLDO - Laredo, TX.
- Capacity Manager and Team Control.
- Tracking for pickups and deliveries with carriers in MX.
- Capacity for loads during the weekend.
- Communication with carriers in MX.
**English fluency is a must**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, international business, engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, fleet management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of major carriers and industry pricing.
- Exceptional communication skills to establish effective relationships with carriers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and a team player.
- Full availability.
