Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships, onboarding new accounts, and providing solutions.Operations Management: Ensuring timely service delivery, meeting deadlines, and managing customer expectations.Coordination: Collaborating with teams, coordinating transportation providers, and responding to inquiries.Documentation: Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of documents.Quality Control: Monitoring service quality and making necessary adjustments.Required Qualifications:Bilingual English/Spanish required.Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit, passion, self-motivation.Enthusiastic, influential and persuasive (sales mentality).Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or related field is required.Location and Compensation:Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.Job Type: Full-time with full benefits.Schedule: Night shift rotating schedule.Salary: $20,000 MXN to $23,000 MXN per month.Experience:Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of previous experience logistics is required.Or 3 years of comparable experience in Logistics/Transportation industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
