DescriptionWork closely with manufacturing, shipping/receiving. and project management to avoid production impacts. Perform MRP analysis to identify shortages on a weekly basis, using SAP tools. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials. Understand allow up on supplier shipping schedules to avoid shortages, premieight or overstock. Proactively report material shortage/availability issues and escalate potential line disruptions through MSM process. Ensure optimal levels of inventor assigned materials. Track, report to supplier and/or escalate over shipmentllow up on E&O and blocked items dispositir assigned materials. Provide protect times required to Traffic Department to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials. Monitor SAP booking of materials and ensure that receiving issues due to procurement problems are solved (PO problem). Report to Supplier Development area if a supplier is no compliant with Continental packing specifications. Initiate NCC car any supplier related issue impacting PF, line down/overtime, scrap, etc. Ensure the information requirr a successful recovery of a NCC is provided. Attend and resolve AP Issues related to assigned materials.
