Cargobase is looking for a **Logistics Customer Success Executive** to help us realize our growth ambitions for the region. The Cargobase Transportation Management System is transforming the way thousands of industry professionals all over the world process logistics. We help customers across many sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, electronics, and oil & gas, to improve their transportation management. Our customer base includes leading Fortune 500 companies.

You will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary client experience, whether it is for a prospective, a new, or an existing customer of Cargobase. Your efforts will ensure that customers buy, adopt, embrace and expand the use of the platform. We're looking for self-motivated and hard-working individuals with a track record in Customer Service/Customer Success in Enterprise Sales in the logistics and/or SaaS space. **Responsibilities**
- Tackle users' inquiries on Cargobase platform utilisation
- Respond to inquiries within the agreed service level
- Be the go-to resource for customer questions and platform issues
- Provide users with solutions, provide guidance and solve issues
- Help customers fill in any gaps in their product knowledge
- Work with our product and technical teams to report, identify and troubleshoot issues and bugs
- Maintain our excellent service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

**Job Requirements**
- Qualifications: BA/BS degree is required
- 1-3 year of work experience is preferred; we will consider fresh graduates
- Experience in 1 or several of the following: logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, SaaS user support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion for consistently providing a great customer experience
- Ability to troubleshoot tech issues and relay information in a digestible way to customers
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and customer needs simultaneously
