Provide world class service level to customers.Support to Finance in the financial month end & closing process, assurance the correct close of the sales order and invoice process.**Your Impact**As** Logistics Distribution & Transportation Analyst** your functions would consist of:- Execute order fulfilment processes with bottlers, from order capture to delivery, including invoicing process (Avg 180/month).- Receive bottler Orders, create Sales Order (thru Esker) and process in SAP (Avg 120/month).- Invoicing: Record, Billing, and report to Finance team & Customer Service Sup. outputs of materials to the bottler. Avg (200/month)- Plan and coordinate execution of logistics and physical distribution of products, including delivery creation in SAP- Generate and control of credit & debit notes and invoices every month.- Work with Warehouse Department in the coordination of delivery and loading activities in compliance with the policies of Pepsi Cola Mexicana S. of R.L. de CV- Ensure sales records reliability in the system SAP.- SAP (super user) in Sales and distributionQualifications:**¿Who Are We Looking For?****Education**:- Career Tech / High School Completed / University career (Administration, Finance, Logistic)**Experience**:- Experience in system SAP.
