In charge of maintaining a healthy inventory for returnable packaging and interact with Suppliers and Operational team in case any actions are required.
Active participation during finance exercise as well as follow up of monthly expenses and budget management.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- 2-3 years of experience in related field or similar- Bilingual (English, Spanish), both oral and writtenKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS- Strong project management skills- Budget tracking experience- Effective communication- Leadership skills- Knowledge in Excel, AutoCAD, SAP, KANBAN, process mapping- Strong Six Sigma skills knowledge- Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking- Strong drive and motivation- Good punctuality and responsible- Strong drive and motivation- Have knowledge with MRP, JIT system, ISO, SPC.- Knowledge in area of procurement, internal logistic, external logistic, customs, planning, purchasing, transportation, inventory control and warehousingMAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible of process creation and optimization in the Shipping Department.

Additionally, ensure a win-win relationship with other departments and BRP suppliers.- Manage, buy, assign, dispose, and influence a correct maintenance and proper use on mobile equipment and returnable packaging.- Perform manpower calculation for budget and operation purposes- Propose, design, and obtain budget approvals to implement cost-saving projects based on returnable packaging
