Logistics Lead

Responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to manage the domestic and international logistics flow of finished goods, raw materials, and equipment. The Logistics Specialist will be familiar with customs and compliance programs, domestic and international freight tendering, and carrier relationship management. This role will work closely with the Supply Chain teams at each plant to support their logistics needs and ensure carriers are performing at the level of service required to fulfill customer demand on time.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics processing, international trade, or a related field, focusing on US/MEX customs compliance and Logistics performance.Fluency in English and Spanish.Ability to multitask.Ability to deal effectively with time pressures, stress, and changing demands of the job regularly.Ability to handle highly confidential business information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
