As a Logistics Lead, you will provide ongoing development, and improvement of logistics operations data, metrics, and analysis for the U.S. and Canadian (USCA) region. You will support freight audit and pay within the scope of GBS logistics! You will provide analytical, technical, and operational support to let payment to carriers via OTM and other methods (future state SAP TM). You will report to the GBS Leader.
You will work in our Querétaro office. #LI-Hybrid.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Help develop business rules and audit requirements that align with strategic your department (SBU) and GBS Logistics leadership, while leading core monthly logistics operations analysis.
- Build links with carriers and act as the first contact for escalated issues related to payables; act as liaison between GBS Logistics and accounting.
- Improve plant goals and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
- Use industry expertise to stay in-tune to the market, customer and competition and take that data to develop your business plan and identify sales opportunities.
- Document current processes, development of new processes, and SOP documentation of freight pay practices; review data.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent education with 3 to 5 years of business analytical experience in Logistics Operations, Freight Audit and Pay, or Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management; experience with Power BI strongly experience in data mining, analysis and with OTM or TMS systems is sought after.
- Fluent in English to accomplish work product with written and verbal communications.
