.This position is located in Monterrey, Mexico and offers a hybrid work schedule.**R**esponsibilities**:- Ensure all arrangements are made for the execution of shipments through your area of responsibility- Assist in the facilitation of cross training within assigned team while serving as a resource for peers- Lead calls, meetings, and internal systems trainings with customers, carriers, and vendors- Collaborate with internal service teams to meet team and customer goals- Navigate complex exceptions and leading problem-solving initiatives to enhance processes and prevent future occurrences- Utilize analytical methodologies to anticipate and resolve issues proactively- Lead small sized, operations-focused continuous improvement projects, leveraging the enterprise project-based delivery model- Build and present intermediate to complex business cases related to how customers can achieve ROI- Create and document standard operating processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency in operations- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university- Minimum 2 years of professional experience- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested- Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and/or international)**Preferred Qualifications**:- Knowledge in supply chain, transportation, and/or transportation management- Customer service experience- Prior experience creating and delivering presentations to senior level management- Ability to think critically, perform analysis and solve problems- Ability to proactively identify patterns in operations and data- Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to a variety of levels of leadership- Ability to utilize project management skills to successfully complete various sized projects- Ability to gather, translate and act upon voice of customer- Composure and poise in a customer-centric environment- Ability to adapt to an ambiguous and changing environment- Ability to direct activities of small work group- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment**Benefits**We offer a competitive benefits plan above the Mexican Labor Law.
