In this role, you will oversee all logistics activities and shipping operations, ensuring compliance with import documentation, managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, and leading the development of new logistics solutions for both existing and new clients.Some daily responsibilities will include-Manage import/export activities, ensuring high service levels and cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and manage import documentation.Liaise with clients to provide timely updates and resolve logistics issues.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs authorities.Audit and improve shipping processes to minimise costs and delays.Train customer service teams on trade compliance and support various departments.About youYou're a logistics professional with over 5 years of experience, possessing a solid understanding of cross-border trade and customs regulations. You excel at ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Fluent in English, you communicate effectively with clients, customs authorities, and third-party providers. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving.
