The Logistics Manager oversees the movement, distribution and storage of all finished goods within company through managing a team of logistics, shipping & receiving and office support team, located across several facilities in Tijuana Mexico, San Diego CA and Gardena CA. This role controls the flow of outgoing finished products from multiple production facilities and warehouse locations to ensure customers receive products on time. The Logistics Manager prepares reports for upper management; negotiates shipping andsupplier costs and works to improve the efficiency of the company's distribution network.- Strategically plans and manages logistics and transportation- Plans and monitors outgoing deliveries- Keeps track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency- Researches ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
