**EMPRESA EN CRECIMIENTO****Solicita**:**Logistics Manager****Descripción y Requisitos**Logistics Manager is a professional who are responsible for ensuring that the transportation of supply chain is efficient and effective throughout their organization.
This role organize, store and monitor the distribution of goods to ensure items and resources are shipped to their appropriate destinations.
**Responsibilities**:- Strategically plan and manage logistics for transportation- Liaise and negotiate with transportation suppliers- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency- Resolve any arising problems or complaints for transportation- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements- Ensure shipment is made in line with internal and external customers' requirements- Drive transportation optimization/Lean projects- Develop, coach and lead transportation team, setting measurable goals and objectives to evaluate success- Drive Transportation Productivity projects year over year.
**Requirements and skills**:- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain- 5 years of experience as a Logistics Manager- Ability to lead and manage staff- Proficient in standard logistics software- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects- BilingualPuesto: Logisitica**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
