Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.**DESCRIPTION**We are actively looking for a** Logistics Manager**who will monitor the planning of the supply, storage and distribution of materials, components and products; as well as compliance with legal issues, certifications and programs granted by the government. Guarantee robust production processes in the logistics center, which allow the shipment of finished product to the final consumer with the required quality and with the greatest economic benefit, through the development of improvement strategies and decision making by having reliable and timely information.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration/ Related- Advanced English language level- 3 years in similar position- 8 years of experience in:- Personnel Management- Inventory Control- Transportation and Logistics- Warehouse operation- Customer Service- Operation Processes- KPI Management**ACTIVITIES**- Oversee warehouse operations, including layout planning, storage, and inventory organization. Implement best practices for picking, packing, and shipping to maximize efficiency and minimize errors- Arrange transportation for goods, negotiate with carriers, and choose the most cost-effective and efficient transportation modes. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers- Develop and execute distribution strategies to ensure products are delivered to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. Optimize distribution networks to minimize transportation costs and delivery times- Inventory Accuracy Assurance: Establish robust procedures for maintaining accurate inventory records and quantities.- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the performance of the logistics operations. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions- Manage logistics budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Implement strategies to reduce transportation costs, optimize routes, and minimize waste- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
