The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of freight, coordinating closely with our senior sales team members.

**Responsibilities include**:- Assist a senior member of our sales team by coordinating and executing freight movement according to client needs.- Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating with shippers and carriers to secure optimal terms.- Monitor the status of shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation accurately and promptly.- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems.

**Requirements**:- Must be based in Cancun, Mexico.- High school diploma required; a college or universitydegree in a relevant field is preferred.- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.- Excellent English Language skills.- Must be reachable by phone after hours in case of emergency.
