**Key accountabilities**:Lead projects sanctioned by the Global Logistics Leadership Team from initiation through implementation including handover to the business as usual teams with the agreed constraints of time, budget and quality.
**Required skills**:- Business degree or equivalent experience- Experience within Distribution or Logistics- Experience of managing key projects/programmes of work- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills- Experience of working with third party suppliers- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, plan and implement multiple project tasks and multiple projects concurrently- Good business insight and strong analytical skills- Experience of working with policies, procedures and guidelines- Experience with AZ change control process and systems.- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish**Desirable skills**:- Experience with commercialization and launch of new products- Knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)- Demonstrated understanding of external customer base and supply chain- Project Management Certification- Portuguese language skillsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we ignite ambitious thinking with the power to encourage life-changing medicines.
