We truly believe this is an excellent opportunity to improve your career path and help us keep growing as a top-notch logistics provider.Work Shift: Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.M to 5:00 p.MResponsibilities:Develop Quality Control Procedures: Create and implement specific quality control procedures for logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Conduct Quality Audits: Perform regular quality audits of logistics operations and vendor facilities to ensure adherence to established quality standards and identify areas for improvement.Analyze Operational Data: Use AWS tools to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as defect rates, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores, generating actionable insights.Lead Corrective Action Plans: Oversee the development and execution of corrective action plans for quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of outcomes.Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver training sessions for staff on quality control processes, AWS tools, and regulatory compliance to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills.Manage Customer Complaints: Analyze and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues, tracking trends and working cross-functionally to implement improvements.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure quality objectives are met, participating in regular meetings to align on goals and progress.Requirements:Fluent English is a must.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control within the logistics sector, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.Proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services), including data analytics and reporting tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
