Logistics Specialist (Automotive) Mid

**We are ALTEN Mexico**: an engineering company that provides specialized solutions for engineering, technology, and product development projects. As a Logistics Specialist at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in the Automotive industry. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to plan and execute shipments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement improvement plans to optimize logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.

Proficiency in logistics management systems and software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish.
