Be among the first to join the team and help us build Quinio.The **Logistics Specialist **will be responsible:- Optimization of national logistics between Quinio and its suppliers (warehouses and transportation).- Leading the strategic plan for transportation and internal orders.- Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and punctuality objectives.**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Traffic, or similar.- Experience in similar positions.- Availability for field reviews (warehouses).- Leadership, analytical skills, effective communication, problem-solving, negotiation skills, and results-oriented.- Eager to join a startup from its beginnings.**Key Tasks**- Follow-up of logistic suppliers' operation: warehouses & transports.- Planning of transportation routes.- Management of internal orders.- Creation of weekly plan of deliveries to warehouses, including marketplaces.- Payment management to suppliers.- Search and integration of logistic suppliers.- Negotiation of agreements with logistic suppliers.- Analysis of product cubage and packaging.Quinio has a unique combination of experience in e-commerce, Amazon, Mercado Libre, technology, and investments.
