Domestics and International.- Work with planning and order admin teams to understand availability of product and accuracy of planned shipment dates.- Maintain daily reporting and records of supplier shipments and tracking statuses.- Obtain freight quotes from freight forwarders- Consistent communication with internal and external customers and quality customer service.- Ability to be certified in shipping dangerous goods. Knowledge of the IATA and DOT regulations.Calificaciones:Must Haves- Bilingual in English/ Spanish.- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field with at least 3 years experience. In lew of degree, 5 years in logistics with a strong background.- Experience in import and export shipping.- Systems ERP experience. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
