Essential Functions Responsible for carrying out foreign trade operations in the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Coordinates and monitors third parties involved in trade operations.Provide support to the local team.Job Duties and Responsibilities Strong technical communication skills with attention to detail.Capable of handling interactions with all departments and customers.Proactive and able to work under pressure.Experience in Mexican Standards regulations and logistics processes.Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.Self-directed and motivated.Other Duties Follow up on outbound & inbound shipments, coordinate with customs team.Resolve inbound & outbound shipment issues for compliance.Ensure local customs compliance as per regulations.Work with approved Logistics Service Providers.Manage return of materials and payments to brokers.Monitor import/export reports and documentation accuracy.Support stakeholders with operational logistics.Monitor and manage active shipments.
