ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the arrangement, tracking, and tracing of all inbound and outbound freights by air & sea, ensuring excellence in performance with all involved parties from arrangement to administrative closing according to Global & Regional policies and procedures, including TMS.Collect and analyze data to make recommendations for continuous improvement.Develop procedures and train all TMS users.Correspond with foreign companies and Corporate & Regional Logistics.Communicate with Management regarding any logistics issues.Build and maintain relationships with logistics suppliers.Interface with internal/external customers, foreign subsidiaries, distributors, vendors, brokers, and logistics suppliers to ensure compliance with all applicable import/export regulations.RequirementsEducation and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business or related field; or five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.2 years of logistics/transportation services and continuous improvement experience.2 years of foreign trade (importation & exportation) and customs & transportation compliance experience.2 years of experience in automotive industry projects and/or supply development.Advanced English required; conversational proficiency.Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including their relative costs, requirements, advantages, and limitations.Qué ofrecemosAdemás de perspectivas de futuro en nuestra creciente empresa familiar en todo el mundo, Mubea ofrece la oportunidad de un desarrollo continuo, apoyando activamente sus ideas y objetivos.
