**Work Schedule**Standard (Mon-Fri)**Environmental Conditions**OfficeWorks with the project managers helping them manage the projects and services. This position is tactical in nature and responsible for shepherding tasks to completion and issue resolution within internal procedures and acting as primary point of contact for client accounts.The team works cross-functionally to ensure that client requirements and timelines are met. Focusing on building relationships with the customer and delivering an excellent customer experience.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:Timely initiation of all services in accordance with client timelines.Backs up the project management team.Carries out all tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.Coordinates and assists in setting up and maintaining study filing system, accurately records and captures specifications for each project.Provides internal/external partners with updates regarding timelines, shipping issues and delays.**Required Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree, graduates in areas of Health, Engineering, Logistics operations, Business Administration.Experience of at least 2 years in similar tasks in the Pharmaceutical industry, CRO´s or similar Logistics / Quality companies.English: Advanced (mandatory)**Preferred Qualifications**:Will be expected to be able to multitask and coordinate tasks across functional teams while maintaining attention to detail and drive problem solving.In this team we must be adaptable and able to work in a variety of commercial and custom in-house software.Proficiency in MS office suite is required and knowledge of Project, SAP and Trackwise are advantageous.Should be intellectually curious and results oriented.**Type of work**: 4 days onsite - 1 home office (**NO** negotiable) - Short Friday (2pm)**Food allowance**:80%**Warehouse depot location**: Parque Industrial FINSA, Iztapalapa
