The number 1 oil company in Japan is looking for this position with the following profile:**Objective of the Position**Coordinate the company's foreign trade and national operations, ensuring strict compliance to national and international laws and regulations with an optimal flow of materials with the best quality, at the lowest cost and in the requested time.**Main Responsibilities**a) Coordination of land and air import and export operations.B) Coordination of national freight.C) Documentation and compliance with requirements until the delivery to company warehouse or customers.D) Coordination and optimal communication with logistics vendors (customs agents, forwarders, transport vendors, etc.).E) Compliance with legal requirements.F) Customer Service (internal customers).G) Generate the reports requested to track the operations.**Education and experience**- Formal education:_ Completed degree in International Business, Trade, Business Administration, Industrial or Chemical engineering.- Experience:_ At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in automotive or industrial companies.- Knowledge:_- Customs law and general rules on foreign trade.- Certificates of OriginSoftware:- Office - Word, Excel and Power Point.- ERPLanguages: Advanced English (business level).**Competences and Skills Required**- Client Orientation:_ Ability to meet the demands of the clients, adapting to the differences and particular requirements of each one of them, following guidelines, goals and plans of commercial area.- Results Orientation:_ Ability to efficiently manage own resources and those of NOMEX and OEM's clients; paying attention to costs, benefits and quality in order to develop and improve the OEM's business and achieve the sales targets.- Negotiation:_ Ability to reach agreements and establish commitments that resolve conflicts, generating solutions and ensuring benefits.- Self-discipline:_ Ability to maintain a method, order and behavior pattern according to a self-imposed norm and NOMEX guidelines, rejecting deviations.- Communication / Social Skills:_ Ability to communicate with others, keeping an active listening, establishing close relationships and trust.
