Job Description:
OurImport Transportation team is growing specifically with ocean freight.
This includes building relationships within our Shipping partners across North/Soth and Central America.
Customer service team to deliver solutions that meet and exceed our customer expectations.
Functions:
Understands most shipping terms; is willing to clarify shipping terms unique to a location.
Understands routings, schedules and general practices of various countries, carriers, ports and terminals.
Understands what Hapag-Lloyd offers customers and what routes, equipment, rates and services are available.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to help drive positive customer engagement and performance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be able to safely and efficiently move around all parts of Shipping and Logistics activities.
