Advise appropriate personnel of any delays- Track and trace shipments for customers to ensure on time, accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; provide updates as necessary- Respond any incidents and collisions; coordinate with appropriate company resources to resolve problems; provide follow-up and reporting, as required- Provide support to drivers on the road, help the logistics and communication channel to flow- You will be responsible to cover the Logistics operations of one or two offices in USA, working with a remote team to improve our KPI´s with customers across the network**Skills**- Computer skills- English Proficiency level- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Attention to detail- Ability to function in a team-based environment- Ability to organize and prioritize workload- Ability to use creativity and judgment to make decisions- Logistics background a plus- Sense of urgency and attention to detail a must- Able to work on a fast pace atmosphere- Team!
