Generate information for the analysis and compliance of Annex 31 (Credit and Guarantee Account Control System) and maintain constant communication with different areas of the company to ensure the flow of materials and maintain the required customer service.Ensure compliance with applicable local and international customs laws (legal framework, tariff and non-tariff restrictions) and apply import-export/customs compliance procedures with work teams to ensure tax and foreign trade shielding for the site. Stay updated on foreign trade applicable to customs operations and compliance.Analyze different tariff benefits and their application through procedures established in accordance with the department's strategy (Eighth Rules, Free Trade Agreements, PROSEC).
