Plan and direct the import, export and tracking of finished materials and products to meet company requirements and notify customers of arrival dates through their respective forms and websites.Supervise staff (receiving/shipping, external drivers, etc.) and perform performance assessments of all personnel in charge. Promote the development of the staff, ensuring alignment with the strategy of the department.Coordinate work teams, lead foreign trade-related projects, solve problems, and make decisions. Oversee international logistics activities and manage local and international transport administration, including Import/Export operations for overseas warehouses, MX customs agents, and foreign entities.Ensure integrity and proper use of work equipment in accordance with Annex 24 procedures (Foreign Trade Inventory System). Generate information for the analysis and compliance of Annex 31 (Credit and Guarantee Account Control System) and maintain constant communication with different areas of the company to ensure the flow of materials and maintain the required customer service.Ensure compliance with applicable local and international customs laws (legal framework, tariff and non-tariff restrictions) and apply import-export/customs compliance procedures with work teams to ensure tax and foreign trade shielding for the site. Stay updated on foreign trade applicable to customs operations and compliance.Analyze different tariff benefits and their application through procedures established in accordance with the department's strategy (Eighth Rules, Free Trade Agreements, PROSEC). Responsible for the elaboration of all foreign trade procedures before government units such as: Secretary of Economy, SAT, SAGARPA, SEMARNAT, COFREPIS, FDA, FCC, USDA, etc.Qualifications:Skill in the formation of work teamsLeadership skillsGood dispositionProfessional title or equivalent experience and diploma or certification in foreign tradeAdvanced English level (reading and writing for smooth presentations of projects and/or participation in meetings and negotiation processes)Intermediate+ knowledge in Office management (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and application programs (Annex 24 and 31), general knowledge of ERPUp-to-date customs knowledgeExperience: Between 3 and 5 years in the area of logistics.Collaborate and ensure compliance with foreign trade-related certifications such as: OAS, C-TPAT, VAT certification, etc. Support maintaining the plan to develop and improve metrics (KPIs) for logistics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
