Issues with incoming POSO Orders. LTL and Capacities on Freights. Brokerage IT/Inbound & Customs releases. Domestic Milkrun Designs and transportations in/outbound. Shipping/Receiving – Rates and Logistics. Disposition, Scrap – Virtual Transfers with Suppliers. Transportation Management System (TMS) - Rates and Capacity. Freight Bill Audit & Payment (FBAP). Logistics Freights and Costs Conciliation. CTPAT-OEA regulations. Impact:
- Control of the inbound & outbound deliveries.
- Shipment Schedule loss of control.
- Transportation costs increased (Capacities, LTL, FTL, Incoming, Milk run impact).
- Lost packages and pick up collections out of control (Forwarder Claims).

YOU MUST HAVE Professional career at the Bachelor's level or similar. Advanced English. 3 to 5 years of experience as a warehouse and materials handling supervisor or in a similar position. Knowledge of MRP, Inventory Control, forecasts.
Use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OEA, CTPAT. WE VALUE Strong experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integrated Supply Chain. Strong experience in a supervisory role. Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross-functional teams. Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
