YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assure the cleanliness of logistics areas and lead H&S activities to prevent accidents.
Make weekly Gemba walk in the area of his responsibility and address issues through his technician & TL
Assure that production is always working flawless because of material supply to the line.
Assure that SAP transactions are done properly in order to avoid inventory discrepancies.
SAP WM / IM
Unloading process of parts, problem zone report, receiving process, parts validation, deconsolidation, data capturing, identification, put away process in the assigned storage locations & yard management.
Material follow up with planning team / external logistics.
Assure efficient material flow inside supply chain considering from receiving area to production line process
Returnable process management (small boxes & ropacks)
Become the owner of the down time KPI for logistics department in his area.
Establish, implement or maintain strong processes, such as PSP, C-TPAT, NEEC, GET, TPM, GEMBA, and ISO9000, that are in line with organizational requirements in order to achieve quality right the first time
Analyze root causes whenever we are out of the target in the KPI's (PSP Quality Tool).
Assure that the manpower resources are proper utilized.
Assure the proper utilization of the MHE under his responsibility.
Support and/or implement logistics projects (IE group), assuring that each stage is progressing on time
Justify the manpower resources needed according with the production volumes.
Develop and implement logistics strategies for parts assembly handling.
Knowledge in generating and updating ISO processes.
Inventory accuracy process
Participate in the design of new platform lay-out to increase internal material handling efficiency.
Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities.
Identify process inefficiencies and correct them under logistics engineering
Conceive and lead optimization projects for a lean value chain linked to industries best practices.
Coordinate auxiliary projects and prepare feasibility studies.
Define and implement innovative ways of doing business aimed at reducing costs and continuously improving logistics processes
Synergies identification and implementation among processes.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
**Experience**:
Min.
5 years experience in Leading a team
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**Fluent in English written and verbal (Min**: 90%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
