Logistics SupervisorPurpose of Position.Coordinate and provide front line supervision of all activities through assigned personnel on warehouse and distribution activities such as shipping, routing, receipt, put a way, transfers, inventory accuracy within warehouse areas and most important Safety. There could be other warehousing and distribution activities required as needed and assigned by managementResponsibilities and tasks of the position.:On a daily basis plans and coordinates work activities for material handler, clerk or any personnel assigned:Assigns personnel to off load in a timely manner all incoming material and routes accordingly within facility:Coordinates distribution ofinternal / external shipments to customers throughout the Campus / Exports in an expeditiously manner:Assure finished goods and raw material components are processed and delivered accordingly, timely and without interruptions to Customer:Maintains accurate inventory through supporting cycle count program to meet department metrics:Performs area inspections and audits as required to ensure housekeeping and safety violations are non existent:Assures personnel is properly trained in the functions assigned and that processed are followed according to established proceses.:Continued focus on providing a safe work environment in alignment with EHS guidelines:Meet all internal and external security, safety and trade compliance regulationsKnowledge and Skill Requirements.:Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Supply Chain related):1 preferably 2:Year Warehouse and Distribution experience (Shipping / Receiving / Inventory Control / Supervisory / Leadership role):SAP knowledge:C:TPAT, NEEC and safety culture:Worked with Border:Crossing / US Carriers:C:TPAT, NEEC, cycle counts, domestic and international carrier management:5's and Safety culture:80 English preferred Fully bilingual:Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, Word and Power Point)Pay Grade:Grade BEmployee Referral Amount:0.00
