.Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor.**What you'll do**:**Authority**Local, logistics team.**Job Summary**Properly manage the various certification programs, import and export to ensure legal compliance of the business of imports and exports of raw materials, products and equipment, also efficiently coordinating logístical routesThis position has lead and oversight responsibilities involving SCM special initiatives and projects towards accomplishing Eaton's Logistics Strategy in Mexico and Latin America region. The logistics strategy is designed to leverage Eaton Corporation's global logistics spend, optimizes logistics provider's performance, reduces total supply chain costs, while improving quality and delivery throughout the supply chain."**Responsibilities**:A. Manages the daily function of the logistics department always in compliance with local, state & federal laws, customer and company requirements.B. Responsible for providing logístical support to all Queretaro plant functions.C. Provides feedback to internal and external customers on shipments or questions about shipmentsD. Deep Analyze into the Logistic Cost of the plant and keep performing through cost out, manage saving projects that allow the plant driving down logistics cost to achieve PP performance.E. Operates within budget constraints including O/T, expenses, freight charges, scrap, etc.F. Interacts with Shipping Area and supervises Truckload Management to assure keep logistic cost within budget.G. Audit Freight Payment (payment done through Intelligent Audit)H. Supports Carrier Management according with Division Corporate Strategy.I. Coordinate the Import and Export operation of the plant, optimized the times and cost, accomplished all the regulations of customs compliance and transportationJ. Perform and lead Logistics, negotiation, provide feedback to suppliers, follow up to improve metrics.K. Responsible to assure KPI execution from Transportation companies & brokers.L. Support CoE Northbound / Southbound Duties (get certificates of origin from supply base)M. Leading the C-TPAT & OEA certifications and promote a culture of participation at the plant for minimize the risk of contamination or prohibited practiceN. Management and lead of people. Provide the tools, training and coach for reach their goals aligned to the department and the plant.O. Report and drive cost out results through forecasting and coordinate with related functions to perform project, KPI performance of the department.P. Participate & Support Certifications as auditor of ISO on ISO9001 /14000, GTM. C-TPAT & OEA.Q. All duties assigned by management and deemed pertinent to the continued success of Company and employee objectives and/or goals with respect to Logistics.R. Contribution with other areas to obtain common goals aligned to the department and the plant
