Also the position is responsible of managing all the claiming structure of the team, receiving and solving all monetary dispuetes that might arisen in the day to day operations. Also the position is in charge of managing and measuring the logistics KPIs and supporting the followup of the monlty meeting.**Responsibilities**:**Your Impact**As Logistics Supervisor (Temporal) your functions would consist of- Create the proper and necessary SAP registration of all logistic services invoices.- Provide the AP team with the required feedback regarding the pending logistic services invoices.- Analyze and provide solution to all claims sent to the logistic team.- Provide and calculate the all the logistic monthly KPIs.- Support the monthly logistic meeting.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**Bachelor Degree International Business & Commerce / Industrial EngineeringEnglish intermediate-advancedSAP previous knowledge / Order management experience.Computer proficiency in MS Office.1 -3 years of previous experience on Customer Service and Supply ChainProblem resolutionStrategic Planning.Experience in Logistics - Import / Export processesAbility to work with multiple prioritiesAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to work with multiple areas of the organizationAbility to deliver solid results under high pressure environment / limited timeContinuous improvement mindsetResult orientedAdaptable to multi - cultural environmentCustomer Service profile**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills
