**Job Description**:
The Logistics Warehouse Specialist is mainly responsible for assisting the Warehouse supervisor in all physical logistics related process standardization and administrative activities.
Key tasks are improving physical logistics areas, warehouse 3PL administration, maintaining acceptable warehouse inventory accuracy, keeping warehouse KPI's on target and reducing costs.
The Logistics Warehouse Specialist also supports and leads improvement projects inside logistics and within the value stream. This position interacts regularly with employees, management, senior management, customers and suppliers. The level of quality and accuracy displayed in the performance of this job will have an impact on the daily operations of the department and, ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Also responsible for:
Material flow analyzes, process confirmation and system audits with the purpose to detect operational waste and eliminate them.
Maximize the use of logistics tools and resources to obtain considerable improvements on savings and operational process times.
Directly responsible for physical logistics vendor returns management, support receiving documentation flow operation onsite (invoices, ASN, etc)
Also coordinates all OPL audits related to physical logistics completion.
Logistics quality tools champion such as 8Ds, 5Whys, 14 quality principles, ISO, OSHAS, OEA, etc.
Work as DSP for the warehouse area and all system related topics.
Coordinates the implementation of actions to achieve the expected Bosch Production System (BPS) levels.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering in general, Economics, International Trade, etc.
**Experience**:
>3 years of experience in logistics industry logistics process and Lean Management Knowledge.
**Technical Skills**:
- ERP (SAP). - Advanced (Desired)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI) - Intermediate
- Automation tools (Power BI, etc) - Basic
- Working Knowledge of warehousing, physical logistics main process such as receiving, production supply, shipping, etc. - Advanced
