Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of low-code engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.2. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor low-code development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.4. Low-Code Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of low-code platforms and their capabilities, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in low-code development.5. Solution Design and Architecture: Work with the team to design scalable and maintainable low-code solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.6. Team Development: Coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their skills align with evolving low-code technologies.7. Quality Assurance: Implement effective quality assurance processes and ensure the team adheres to coding standards, performs thorough testing, and conducts peer code reviews.8. Continuous Improvement: Drive the adoption of best practices, automation tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity in low-code development.9. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and system documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure the availability of accurate references.10. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.**Qualifications**:- Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in software development, with at least [1] years of experience in low-code development and [1] years in a managerial or team leadership role.- Low-Code Platform Knowledge- Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.- Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills and familiarity with languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or SQL. Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations is a plus.- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment
