Loyalty Program Administrator

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Verifies accounting applications of customer accounts and credit status.Support the sales execution of the four loyalty programs that generated sales and demand corresponding.Responsible to request registrations for new distributors to participate in loyalty programs that handles Epson, informing sales executives ID SAP with which was registered the distributor.Keep updated data distributors to avoid delays in payments.Safeguard agreements between Epson and the distributor ensuring are signed included the Appendix where they are established the quotas set by Marketing and approved by management.Communicate established quotas set by marketing and approved by the Director of Sales Business to the executives for monthly or quarterly depending on the program that is registered distributor, generating in each update the corresponding appendix with new quotas.Report the scope of quotas at least once a week and generating the closing month of each of the programs established by Epson.Manage the new registers and cleaning the system keeping update.Request distributors bills that are eligible for payment giving follow up until payment application.Requirements+2 years of experience managing loyalty programs.Bachelor´s degree in Administration, accounting or similar.Excel skills intermediate to advanced.Minimum Experience RequirementsB - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2-5 years)EducationE - Completion of an undergraduate program required (B.A.
