The **LSP (Language Service Provider) sales team** is a vital division within the Strategic Partnership sales pillar and part of the wider sales team at Interprefy. This team focuses on **establishing and fostering partnerships with language service providers** to facilitate the adoption and integration of Interprefy's language solutions into their offerings.
**THE ROLE- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The **LSP Customer Success Manager** at Interprefy **oversees the Language Service Provider (LSP) partner network, ensuring their success and growth within the organization**.
This role requires a **solution-oriented**, **positive**, and **forward-thinking** individual who **excels in timely and effective communication** with partners.
Responsibilities include **retaining and growing the partner network**, **responding to inquiries**, and **keeping partners informed** about industry advancements and Interprefy AI. The role involves **adding value to partners**, identifying **upsell and cross-sell opportunities**, and collaborating with the LSP Partner Manager to attract and develop new partners. Reporting directly to the Strategic Partnership Team Manager, this position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding organization.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Preparing quotes for LSP clients in ISP, especially those who don't have access to ISP.
- Make sure interpreter training and interpreters are booked when needed.
- Filling in vendor forms or any other documentation requested by clients.
- Providing support in event handovers to Operations and Accounting teams
- Providing general support to the respective sales division
- Assisting in pre-sales activities
- Participation in meetings with client
- Providing customer service, and managing several customer accounts
- Providing any necessary data to the sales team
- Awareness throughout the whole event process from a customer service perspective
- Liaise with accounting for effective and accurate invoicing
- Feedback collation and analysis
- Internal reporting
