Working here means joining a team dedicated to high-quality service and community engagement.**Position Title**Lubrication Technician**Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids.- Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.- Provide on-site services.- Repair and balance tires.- Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.- Take customers' orders.- Work with a senior technician or manager on and off the floor.- Perform preventive maintenance.- Evaluate customer service and store environments.- Communicate with lower technicians and follow Super-Pro Procedures.- Work as part of a team to support the daily needs of the operation.- Maintain a clean and organized shop/equipment work area, including daily cleaning duties, mopping and squeegeeing floors, and organizing tools.- Suggest positive changes to processes or procedures to enhance operational efficiency.**Skills and Qualifications**- Must have over five years of work experience as a Lubrication Technician.- Experience with services such as oil changes, air filter replacements, tire rotations and changeovers, transmission fluid services, radiator fluid services, differential fluid services, fuel system cleaning, battery services, headlight and tail light replacements, wiper blade replacements, and serpentine belt replacements.- Experience working with numerous brands of cars (Japanese, American, German, Korean, etc.).- Experience with machinery like pressure washers, oil filter wrenches, tire balancers, hydraulic lifts, transmission jacks, diagnostic scanners.- Experience navigating computer systems and communicating preventive maintenance to customers.- Formal training as a Lubrication Technician or related field.- Experience performing all underhood checks like air filters, cabin filters, and all fluids.- Experience with replacement of vital car fluids (e.G., coolant, transmission, drive line fluids).- Experience following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE (safety glasses and bump cap).- Experience maintaining and organizing parts, stocks, and inventory.- Willingness to complete online training modules in our Valvoline University
