ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process- Subject Matter Expert for their area of support- Support the field technically through different media ( online, phone calls and technical papers)- 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed- Share the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database- Follow up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field- Raise an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a job- Coach other technical resources in their area of expertise- Communicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies- PL specific responsibilities- Handles special projects as requiredQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics- Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible- 3+ years experience with LW- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Ability to develop and mentor others- Availability on call outside of normal business hours- Good communication skillsDESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:- Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements- Significant operational experience- End to End knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage- Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis- Ability to work independentlyReports To: Service Delivery Technical Manager**About Us**:We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
