**Specific duties**:- Execute the HR administrative services related to the Local Recruited Staff and consultants of the assigned portfolio/client group, throughout the Staff employment period onboarding, offboarding, consultancy and student process).- Support in the organization of initiatives and activities to increase employee morale, engagement, and retention, including wellness programs and team-building events.- Support in the implementation of induction, training and staff development plans based on the analysis of training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- English is a must and will be tested.
