For more information, visit cimmyt.org Specific duties: Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
o Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
o Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  Screening Resumes and Applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
Participate in the valuation of the positions with C&B, HR administration and positions' Leaders Evaluate and recommend psychometric and other tests to support the selection process.
Administer approved tests and assist line managers to interpret the results.
o    Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Supervise the logistics of face-to-face and / or remote interviews with HR and selection committee and participate in selection committees.
Elaborate and created a database for KPI's related with LRS Mexico & RO / IRS recruitment processes.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field The selected candidate must have 3 or 5 years in various recruitment methods and platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events The selected candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and conversational, with an expected minimum CEFR level of B2 (evaluation required).
The selected candidate must exhibit the following competencies: Organization, Critical thinking, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Client Orientation, and Communication.
