CIMMYT is a core CGIAR Research Center, a global research partnership for a food-secure future, dedicated to reducing poverty, enhancing food and nutrition security, and improving natural resources.For more information, visit cimmyt.Org.Specific duties:Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.Screening Resumes and Applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.Participating in the evaluation of the positions with C&B, HR administration, and positions' Leaders.Evaluating and recommending psychometric and other tests to support the selection process.
Administering approved tests and assisting line managers to interpret the results.Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.Supervising the logistics of face-to-face and/or remote interviews with HR and selection committee and participating in selection committees.Elaborating and creating a database for KPIs related to LRS Mexico & RO/IRS recruitment processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in various recruitment methods and platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and conversational, with an expected minimum CEFR level of B2 (evaluation required).Exhibiting the following competencies: Organization, Critical thinking, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Client Orientation, and Communication
