**About the role**:
Support the company's growth strategy through M&A, by analyzing and developing new opportunities in the different markets of Latin America.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial analysis.
- Perform company valuations and prepare standard M&A documents.
- Identify business opportunities with existing and potential targets.
- Support the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions.
- Assist in managing the merger and acquisition process.
- Perform financial projections and modeling.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Experience in financial analysis and proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements.
- Availability to travel.
- Advance English language profiency.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to manage databases.
- Customer and quality orientation, with learning agility and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguities, with project management experience (desirable).
