Companies invite you to their processes.4.Creating an account is completely free.About position.The Legal team (including you!) is responsible to serve other company's areas as internal clients, to cover general corporate and transactional legal matters.We are a lean and agile legal team focused on how to solve challenges for the company and help Merchants having a professional and legal compliance.We collaborate with a broad range of external counsel but we strivedo as much as possible in-house to keep an efficient and reliable legal team.You are solutions-oriented, bilingual lawyer with strong corporate and transactional background and can lead complex multi jurisdictional legal matters with efficiency and giving prompt legal advice.Responsibilities: - Drafting and preparing transactional agreements, including MOUs, NDAs, Stock Purchase Agreements, Credit Agreements, and corporate housekeeping.- Keeping track of contractual milestones.- Assist in preparing and implementing legal compliance policies.- Coordinating external counsel both in Mexico and Latin-America.Requirements: - Exceptional organizational skills.- Importante empresa in transactional/corporate matters for 2 years or more in a top law firm or In-house.- Have performed financing and M&A legal due diligence.- Advanced working knowledge of Spanish and English at minimum.- You have worked with data management tools like HighQ, Imanage, etc.4691
