About position.
The Legal team (including you!)
is responsible to serve other company's areas as internal clients, to cover general corporate and transactional legal matters.
We are a lean and agile legal team focused on how to solve challenges for the company and help Merchants having a professional and legal compliance.
We collaborate with a broad range of external counsel but we strive

do as much as possible in-house to keep an efficient and reliable legal team.You are solutions-oriented, bilingual lawyer with strong corporate and transactional background and can lead complex multi jurisdictional legal matters with efficiency and giving prompt legal advice.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing transactional agreements, including MOUs, NDAs, Stock Purchase Agreements, Credit Agreements, and corporate housekeeping.
- Keeping track of contractual milestones.
- Assist in preparing and implementing legal compliance policies.
- Coordinating external counsel both in Mexico and Latin-America.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Importante empresa in transactional/corporate matters for 2 years or more in a top law firm or In-house.
- Have performed financing and M&A legal due diligence.
- Advanced working knowledge of Spanish and English at minimum.
- You have worked with data management tools like HighQ, Imanage, etc.
