**Responsibilities**- Develop MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) workflows for data preparation, deployment, monitoring and retraining- Use Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow, and MXNet to help build DL models.- Work with our Big Data experts to analyze, extract, normalize, and label relevant data and also operationalize models after they are built.- Improve ML models reproducibility, auditing, and performance capabilities- Design and conducts training sessions on tools, data sources, and architecture.
Provides job aids and mentoring to team members and business users.
**Job Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)- At least 5 years prior experience in production and supply chain processes- Project Management skills (planning, rituals, tracking, KPIs, stakeholder management)- Ability to lead change and deliver results- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organizationTraining / Certifications- Business Translator training- Project Management training- Data Scientist Basic- Scrum Master certification- APICS CSCP or CPIM and SCOR
