Job Description Performs machining and plasma application operations on CFM56 and LEAP engine parts of the internal repair processes, complying with the specifications required by the manual and complying with quality procedures to guarantee the airworthiness of the repaired parts.
Complementary Description 1.-Comply with the requirements of Aeronautical Regulations and Customer requirements2.-Comply with Quality, Safety and Environment procedures3.-Ensure airworthiness of repaired parts4.-Comply with inspections in a timely manner in accordance with the MPS5.-Carry out Visual / Dimensional inspections in accordance with technical documents6.-Verifies current calibration of measuring instruments, tools and reports expired calibrations 7.-Register CL for loan of measuring instruments8.-Maintain and secure the work area complying with the 5's standard.9.-Ensure correct traceability of registration of documents applicable in repairs.10.-Control FOD / DOD in work areas and engine parts.11.-Ensure the correct registration of the codes in Horoquartz for yourself and the team in charge.12.-Ensure control of CPs in safekeeping and use, not expired material.13.-Create tickets London, MP Dinamo Maint, NC as applied.14.-Ensure registration of log filling of the corresponding área.15.-Ensure correct traceability of registration of documents applicable in repairs.17.-Train new staff according to their corresponding OJT in a theoretical and practical.18.-Safely operate conventional and CNC machines (machining operator)19.-Safely operate ABB robot and gas handling (plasma operator)20.-Verifies current calibration of the equipment to be used Job Requirements Know and use measuring instruments.To have engine knowledge and experience in the process Basic programming of Fanuc and Siemens CNC machining controllerBasic programming of ABB Robot Specificity of the job NA
