.*Responsibilities*- Support the implementation of tools, processes and methods, with the responsibility to successfully manage the remaining Machining Engineering activities.- Support group must help the team to go through the machine's installation and validation according to the standards to achieve deliverables and milestones.- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data- Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output- Provide process documentation and operating instructions**Requirements**:- Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer or similar engineering career- + 2 Years' Experience in manufacturing- Capable to learn new activities- Adapt quickly to new challenges.- Experience in Automotive industry (preferred)- English advance, fluent written and spoken technical English- Strong knowledge on problem resolution techniques in the automotive industry (5Why's, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, etc)- Basic knowledge on PPAP processes- Organizational and planning skills- Strong communication skills to interact with different level of members within the organization- Teamwork, proactive, with sense of urgency & customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal & external)- Working under pressure and time availability- Strong Negotiation skills to drive timing targets- The ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to manager level management- **_Tasks assigned / Work priorities: _**:- Support the implementation of tools, processes and methods, with the responsibility to successfully manage the remaining Machining Engineering activities.- Support group must help the team to go through the machine's installation and validation according to the standards to achieve deliverables and milestones.- Supervise vendor/contractors' activities in the equipment installation/implementation according to plant layout and process principles of each component to the specified program timing.- Elaborate and manage control documents followed by process changes as process illustration, tool lay-outs, pass through characteristics, reconciliation matrix etc.- Implement and enforce safety procedures for facilities installation and design.- Perform and/or supervise layout floor marking for machine/facilities installation- Manage personnel to complete task, direct treatment with suppliers and contractors- Daily update on layout changes and installation progress to involve personnel- Weekly report activities to supervisor- Troubleshoots with problems regarding machining process in prismatic components.- Engineering change.- Equipment installation and validation.- Safety installation with PROTAG follow Up and status reporting
