Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Machining Production Coordinator.
**What you'll do**:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A.Lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources according to established practices and or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A.Prepare and send production daily report.
B.Coordinate, leverage, and utilize appropriately resources to resolve safety, quality and manufacturing situations in order to improve processes and meet external and internal customer demands.
C.Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better performance.
E.Coordinate and administer employees: HR incidents (attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, and permissions).
F.Maintain and report accurate inventory numbers while continually seeking ways to reduce work in progress (WIP) inventory levels and maximizing product flow while identifying and implementing cost out opportunities and improvement ideas.
G.Participate in setting, communicating and achieving department goals and objectives and develop and maintain performance metrics as required to monitor results and use those results as a tool to identify and initiate process improvements within own work area. Coordinate and/or participate in continuous improvement teams in own or other areas to enhance plant results (CIF).
H.Coordinate with Human Resources in the selection, promotion, counseling, lay off and termination of employees using Eaton guidelines and policies.
I.Monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficiency, safe and ergonomic conditions in the area.
K.Promote the company's vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
L.Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
M.Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 3R, A3, RIEs and Bootcamps).
N.Usage of Eaton ELLS, EQS and EBS process and tools.
O.Promote a safe work environment using 5s+, JSA, Near Miss, STOP and GEMBA walks

**Qualifications**:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
A.Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required.
B.3 years experience minimum in a related manufacturing or engineering environment.
C.English - language at conversational level would be a plus.
D.Leader Of People.
F.Basic knowledge of national and local safety and environmental standards, guidelines and policies such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, MESH, EBS, OPA, CIF, ISO/TS 16949, EQS and/or applicable regional initiatives.
G.Fundamental knowledge of CNC
H.Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
I.Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.
